You have to work at least 5 T9 stations on HF/MF, and one of them need to be club station (for example, T9 1 XXX, T9 1 YYY...). Contact with special callsign, or contest callsign from T9, is valid like club callsign.
You don't need to have QSL cards for QSOs, but please send your own BLANK QSL card to manager, for award's archive.
You need to send your request with GCR, and 5USD (or 10DM) directly to T94DJ.
